Project Steps

Our team has been tasked with rebranding and creating new websites for a client with two branches: consulting and education. The goal is to move away from the traditional cybersecurity aesthetic and embrace a more modern and striking design. However, it is crucial to maintain a professional and trustworthy tone throughout.

1 – We began by analyzing both the current websites and those of our competitors. This helped us identify and retain effective elements while discarding any that were unproductive.

2 – In preparation for our workshops, I created benchmarks showcasing all the promising ideas I planned to propose. I assembled an inspiration board that included examples from other websites, graphics, fonts, colors, videos, and more.

3 – UX Workshop to discuss website structure, pages, sections.

4 – UI Workshop to discuss visual identity, find look and feel of the product

5 – Wireframing and testing to be sure that a user can easily navigate through the website.

6 – Visual design (desktop 2000px, mobile 390px).

7 – Design System to keep consistency.

About
the Process

In the CQURE project, we embarked on a unique journey as UI designers, merging traditional website design with innovative AI concepts. The project featured a dual-page switch: one page with a simple design and the other showcasing a cyberpunk style, enriched with Midjourney images and an "irregular" layout. During the initial phase, we conducted 70 user interviews with potential customers to understand what influences their decisions. The key insight was that users valued a distinct style and identity, which would make the company memorable and encourage them to return. To address this, we created a brand mascot—a raccoon—and integrated it across both website styles. This mascot, combined with engaging animations, enhanced the visual appeal and brand recognition. Additionally, we incorporated a crucial feature: an "alarm button" for emergencies, enabling users to quickly contact support services. This blend of creative design and practical functionality aimed to make the websites not only visually captivating but also user-friendly and memorable.
