2 – Usability Testing – To understand what was the main problem, and biggest mistakes of the old version we conducted a small usability test (22 respondents).
3 – Wireframing – We made high-fidelity wireframes according to the IA created after the workshop and testing. Our team presented it to the client and made a small change.
4 – UI Ideas – I created 3 UI versions of the Club page to present 3 different styles. The client chose one of them.

About
the Process
This project spanned four weeks and involved a team of three designers dedicated to creating an exceptional UI design platform aimed at attracting K-pop fans across the USA. The primary challenge was encouraging users to sign in using their Apple or Spotify accounts, as this functionality is crucial for generating revenue for both the platform owner and the registered K-pop bands. To address this, we decided to limit the functionality for unregistered users, giving them a glimpse of what they are missing. For example, they could see fan chats without the ability to participate or view a music player that shows the currently playing tracks but does not allow listening. These strategies entice users to log in, as they can clearly see the benefits of registering, thereby increasing user engagement and attraction to the platform.
